Combo Overbooking

Curated an Overbooking Automation across Accor's European Combo Hotels, unlocking up to £5M in incremental annual revenue by optimizing inventory utilization and aligning operational processes with commercial strategy.

This initiative addressed market volatility and maximized asset utilization.

Redesigned room mix

Upon identifying unmet demand for triple occupancy in comp set analysis, convinced the stakeholders to redesign the room mix strategy for Novotel Edinburgh centre, generating £200K incremental revenue within 3 months of launch.

Induction project

Lead the project to digitize onboarding through a centralized booking platform, reducing manual scheduling effort by 75% and improving scalability for multi-property operations, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.

This project freed up operational resources for higher-value tasks

Directly covered key markets including London, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Glasgow while indirectly contributing to the success of whole region.
 

- 2025: Re-engineered the room type configuration for Novotel Edinburgh Centre in end of March allowing it to generate upwards of £200,000 incremental revenue within the first 3 months.

 

- 2024: Led Novotel Cambridge North to a 14.3% growth in RGI YoY for FY 2024 through focus on a diverse segment mix.

- 2022 & 2023 : Laid foundations of revised segment mix for Novotel Excel London to facilitate a 5% rate growth (FY 2024 vs 2022) in comparison to a DSEI event year.

Student Restauranteur

As a 3rd Year Hotel Management Student, I had the opportunity to run a Punjabi Cuisine Restaurant in one of the most competitive restaurant markets in the world - Koramangala, Bangalore.

Major takeaways from this included intensive competition research, creating and managing a team, importance of digital advertisement and creating memorable experiences.

Cloud Kitchen

Devised the name, theme, logo, menu, pricing, bundling and packaging strategy for a cloud kitchen during COVID-19 Pandemic.

The plan of Launch also included utilisation of Influencer Marketing campaign to spread awareness about the brand and its propositions.

Event Curation & Promotion
